ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

This page explains the policy for requesting order changes or cancellations for purchases made on Bermudabayclothing.

CHANGE OR CANCELLATION TIMEFRAME

Orders may be changed or canceled within 6 hours of placement.

The 6-hour window is calculated from the exact time the order is placed, regardless of business hours or the daily processing cut-off time.

After 6 hours, requests for order changes or cancellations will no longer be supported, as the order may already be in preparation or processing for shipment.

Customers are encouraged to review their order details carefully before completing a purchase and to contact support as soon as possible if a modification is needed.

ORDER CHANGES

Within the 6-hour support window, customers may request certain adjustments to their order, including:

  • Updating the shipping address
  • Correcting contact information
  • Changing product size or color (if available)
  • Adjusting item quantity or product selection

All change requests are subject to product availability and the current processing status of the order.

Once a change request has been successfully completed, an updated order confirmation email will be sent with the revised order details.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of placement by contacting customer support.

If the cancellation request is approved within the allowed timeframe, the order will be removed from processing and a cancellation confirmation email will be sent.

Requests submitted after the 6-hour timeframe cannot be processed.

REFUNDS FOR CANCELED ORDERS

If an order is successfully canceled, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refunds are typically processed within 7 days, depending on the policies of the payment provider or financial institution.

HOW TO REQUEST AN ORDER CHANGE OR CANCELLATION

To request a change or cancellation, customers should contact the support team as soon as possible and provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Full name used for the order
  • Email address associated with the purchase
  • Details of the requested change or cancellation

Providing complete information helps the support team review and process the request more efficiently.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

If an incorrect address is identified, customers should contact support within the 6-hour order modification window so the information can be corrected.

Once the order has entered processing or shipping, address changes may no longer be possible.

Bermudabayclothing is not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or delivered to an incorrect location due to inaccurate address information provided by the customer.
